Here’s a simple technique to help you calibrate your energy to a higher level.
There are three steps to this simple technique of calibrating your energy to a higher level.
- Take three slow breaths, breathing in through your nose and exhaling out through your mouth like you’re breathing through a straw.
- Say one thing that you’re grateful for. Be sure to picture what you’re grateful for and feel into it as much as you possible, as it makes the calibration of your energy that much more powerful.
- Say one thing that you’re proud of. Be sure to picture what you’re proud of and to feel into it as much as you possible.
This is a wonderful way to start any activity! You can do it at the beginning of your day, before a meeting, at the beginning of your meditation, or anywhere it feels helpful.
