Congratulations! You have been accepted into the EFM Practitioner Certification Program.
The next step is to select your preferred payment option.
- Pay in full.
- Pay in FOUR installments over 6 months — Installment #1 is paid within seven days of your acceptance to the program (unless other arrangements have been made with Nancy) and before you begin the training. Installment #2 is paid within 45 days of the beginning of your training. Installment #3 is paid within 90 days of the beginning of your training. Installment #4 is paid within 135 days of the beginning of your training.
- Pay in FOUR installments over 12 months — For practitioners on the 12-month plan, Installment #1 is paid within seven days of your acceptance to the program (unless other arrangements have been made with Nancy) and before you begin the training. Installment #2 is paid within 90 days of the beginning of your training. Installment #3 is paid within 180 days of the beginning of your training. Installment #4 is paid within 250 days of the beginning of your training.
Selecting your payment option will set your contract with Nancy Mae and you will be invoiced accordingly.
After selecting your plan, you will need to sign and submit the EFM Practitioner Certification Program Participation & Release of Liability Agreement. Please sign and return this form to nancy@nancymae.com.
